What a donation is
It's a gift, not a purchase. A donation is 100% optional and it buys you nothing — no features, no perks, no ranking, no edge. The only thing it gets you is our sincere thanks, and the warm feeling of keeping the lights on for a thing you like.
Why it lives on the web
We keep donations on the website on purpose, so that what you give goes to the build rather than to app-store fees. It's not in the app, and that's deliberate and by the rules.
The fine print
- A donation is not a purchase and does not grant any feature, content, perk, rating, or advantage.
- It is generally non-refundable, and not tax deductible unless expressly stated.
- Please don't donate if you expect anything in return beyond our gratitude.
